Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase if there is a manufacturing defect or an error with the order. To start a return, contact the Customer Service team for instructions. All other sales are final.

Shipping

Domestic Shipping (Within the U.S.) All domestic orders ship via FedEx Ground.

International Shipping (Outside the U.S.) International orders ship via FedEx International.

  • Stock Book Packing Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. 
  • Personalized items require up to one week for processing before shipment. 
  • Custom book orders have a lead time of 4-6 weeks. 
  • Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. 
  • FedEx insures packages up to $100. Assistance with tracking shipments and initiating claims with FedEx is available. Scientific Bindery is not responsible for the package after it leaves our dock.
  • Once a Purchase Order is received and confirmed, it is fulfilled in 1-2 business days and so cannot be canceled after it ships
