• Payment is Net 30.  
  • We can provide our bank information if you prefer to pay via ACH.
  • Credit card transactions are issued a 3% surcharge.  We do not keep your credit card information on file, for your own security.
  • New customers are required to pay up front.  Once credit is established, a Purchase Order will be accepted.  The PO must indicate the proper shipping address and Accounts Payable email address for invoices.  We will ship to address indicated on PO.
  • If you would like to establish credit with us, please let us know and we can send you a credit application.
  • Wiring fee is $15 or a foreign credit card fee is 4%. We will hand deliver your international package to Fedex International at no extra cost to you.
  • When you approve of your estimate and cover stamping, this is an agreement of what we will provide, so please review carefully.  
  • Customer pays shipping charges, we ship via Fedex Ground, which is what we have found to be the least expensive way. Or you can provide your Fedex account number. For UPS or other shippers, there will be an extra charge.  We no longer use freight as we have seen their prices skyrocket, but if you require, we can of course find the best rate for you.
  • Scientific Bindery upholds the highest standard of quality for each of our products. We guarantee that the quality of all our merchandise will meet or exceed expectations. Every effort is made to ensure your merchandise is shipped in perfect condition. We do not accept returns unless the items are incorrect or not what you ordered and we are notified within 30 days of receipt of purchase.  If we do accept a return, we will cover the shipping cost to ship back and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement, or an exchange. The package must be packed well so that the products are not damaged during shipment. No returns on custom or personalized orders.
  • We are not responsible for any damage caused during the shipping process.  We pack your books in double wall boxes and packing material to ensure they will be protected and we insure the package for up to $100.
  • We always try to keep our prices as low as possible, however our prices are subject to change to keep up with rising costs and will always be posted on our website.
